• Plans, organizes, and controls the activities related to the
assigned procurement function and Logistic controls.
• Managing all workflow with efficient planning process,
purchasing (International and National) process and inventory
process.
• Organizing and maintaining suppliers record for the purchase
of all goods, services and contracts on a best price / best quality
basis.
• Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items &
services. Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers.
• Managing, developing & improving the purchasing team.
Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices
for purchases.
• Analyze market & delivery conditions to determine present
and future material availability and prepare market analysis
reports.
• Ensures that total costs are identified, and optimal savings are
realized throughout the entire purchasing process.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses
and improve effectiveness.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking. Seek
and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned
with the companys food and beverage objectives.
• Creation of finished product bill of material. Negotiating/Fixing
prices and maintaining approved PO-Capex record. Provide
analysis reports for forecast plans every quarter.
• Managing accounts, pricing, billing, and logistics; Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to improve customer service
experience.

Key Responsibilities Includes
• Developed sourcing strategies and purchasing strategies
within company procedures.
• Creates Purchase Orders, monitors all purchase requisitions
and handle adjustments with vendors.
• Provide management reports and key performance data and
monitor cost savings.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and select and develop
new suppliers.
• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure
value for money, quality standards and delivery terms with
technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues.
• Review and negotiate existing agreements to optimize
commercial terms. Assess tenders from potential suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure
effective performance, quality and compliance. Measure against
KPI criteria if these exist.
• Ensure professional and consistent supplier management is
applied across the supply base in line with the purchasing policy.
• Ensure parts are sourced in full and aligned to production
schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any
health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure
the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
