Review & negotiation of General Conditions of CONTRACTs for the Proposal Department before award of the CONTRACT, CONTRACT/SUB-CONTRACT Management including correspondences, Performance monitoring, Coordination of meetings, expedition of Progress of the subcontract works, Preparation of MOM etc.
Preparation of progress Invoices and Verification of Sub Contractor's Invoices.
Preparation of CONTRACT/SUB-CONTRACT correspondences.
Verification of Invoices submitted by SUB-CONTRACTOR and processing the same for payment.
Project Progress monitoring on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
Estimations of Manpower, Equipment, Material, Consumables & other Costs for Additional Scope of works and Extra works and submission for client approval.
Advise project team on contractual issues, interpretation of Scope of Work and terms and conditions. Preparation of CONTRACT correspondences.
Preparation of Claims such as Time Extension, Delay and disruption, Acceleration of works etc
Review, assist and advise Project Managers on contractual issues and disputes.
Preparation of Bill of Quantities / Bill of Materials for Piping / Mechanical / Structural jobs from the drawings.
Re-measurement of Structural, Piping and Painting works.
Preparation, formulation and review of Variation to Contracts / Change orders.
Preparation of Letter of awards for SUB-CONTRACT works.
Subcontract management, coordination with subcontractor for expedition of Progress including performance monitoring, scrutinizing subcontractor’s payment valuations.
Preparation of Notice of Dispute.
