• Supervise the project team to safely deliver on time, to stated quality, at minimum cost, and to client satisfaction.
• Assisting in establishing key relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and implement the Construction Management Plan.
• Establish processes for work inspection approvals, testing and commissioning and handing over as per contract requirements.
• Ensure that the overall construction strategy plan is executed at site and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver
the company’s overall strategy.

• Coordinate the various Contractors to ensure that all work are carried out safely and
efficiently, in line with the strategic Construction Management plans and the HSE
policies and procedures.
• Review the Program of works, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, samples, and other documents submitted by the contractors.
• Manage the Contractors by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance,
and providing ongoing feedback, advice and direction to ensure the contractor meets
their contractual, legal, and other established obligations.
• Help in the cost and quantity estimation, define the scope of work and work conditions,
approve with the Senior Project Manager on the construction phase presented by the
contractor, give final recommendations to kick off works.
• Make sure that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, plans and other
contractual requirements.
• Ensure that all safety and environmental planning is in place and that necessary
measures are taken in order to avoid any accidents or incidents.
• Prepare hand-over completion reports for the project

• Reviewing the project progress on a daily and weekly basis and taking appropriate steps in case of any concerns.
• Resolve issues and solve problems or delegate to concern department on a timely basis.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders like client and internal management team.
• Representing the contractor in weekly and monthly progress meeting.
• Liaising with Govt. Departments for NOCs and approvals.

Project Description: Project consists of Supply and installation of 21Km of GRE Transmission pipeline of various sizes, construction of RCC valve chambers, Installation of Valves and Meters, Thrust blocks, Non-Disruptive Road Crossings for Utility and Fibre Optic Cable Laying.
Major Achievements
1. Successfully laid (Pressure testing, cleaning, flushing and disinfection) 17km of DN900 GRE Pipeline for DEWA.
2. Successfully laid (Pressure testing, cleaning, flushing and disinfection)10km DN 600 Pipeline for DEWA.
3. Constructed more than 40 nos. of chambers for different type of valves like Butterfly, Air, Flow Control etc.
4. Laid 27KM of Fibre Optic cable.
5. Coordinated installation of PLC SCADA panels.
6. Obtained Partial Taking Over Certificate from client.
7. During execution of excavation and pipe installation works, avoided major fines and violations from government authorities like Electrical dept. Etisalat, RTA, etc. Always ensured best safety practices.
