shifting of Old network to new building
Review drawing and execution of project as per KOC standards(TIA/EIA)
o Track all telecom network activities & ensure successful execution and completion.
o NE-40, OSN and ATN950B installation and Fiber termination to the ODF
o X-3 installation and fiber termination to ODF
o Ring troubleshooting of fiber links if boards are faulty, fiber faulty or low power or eSFP changing.
o Inspect the Fiber pair with fiber power meter, fiber cleaning
o Using U2000 of Huawei check all the alarms and troubleshoot them
o Using Huawei U2000 configure X-2, X-3 and X-8 and ATN950B
o Migrate LTE traffic from old technology to ATN, X-3
o Migration Coordinator for 2G, 3G, LTE technology
o Replace the fault boards of ATN950B i.e 10G board and 8 port FE/GE board
o Replace the board in X-8 like 2port 40G line processing Unit (LPUI)
o Install secondary power cable for ATN950B
o Migration Datacom engineer for NEC microwave falling into Huawei ATN, X-3
o Successfully complete MOI ring includes fiber patching of LC-FC cable
o Huawei Ne40 X3 software and patch upgrade in aggregate ring (ASG)
o Huawei ATN950B patch upgrade in CSG ring (access ring)

In this project of Huawei for Asia Cell (ooredoo group) Telecom As a Sr.Telecom Engineer Reporting to Manager, responsiblilities includes
o Define Checklist for SRAN project Pre-assembly installation at warehouse includes
(Triple band Antenna installation, RRU3929 installation, Junction box installation on 3M pole).
o Define Checklist for on-site installation oh Hybrid cable, Delta cabinet and BBU)
o Train all contractor and site engineer for CME ooredoo standards
o Supervise 200 sites for pre-assembly at warehouse and supervise PIM test
o Check 100 sites for pre-installation for hybrid cable/delta cabinet installation as per customer standards
o Subcontractor management and risk analysis of project
o Circulate common issues of the project and Site Quality control
o Weekly meeting with asia cell technical team and assure all standards
In this project of Huawei for VIVATelecom As a QualityControl Manager Reporting to director, responsiblilities includes
o Organize a quality control team and process for the site quality check
o Defined quality standards and procedure for Acceptance test with contractor
o Develop quality checklist for A/C, Power, Telecom Equipments and DG maintenance
o Develops quality control processes and procedures for testing and inspection of Tmsn and Wireless products
o performs root cause analysis, introduces corrective measures with customer approval
o Make a work flow for the FAC and handover of sites to MSD
o Monitor the work orders of Field maintenance team in order to improve the gapes
o Organize weekly meeting with quality control team and then issue defect list to whole Project team
o Supervise the PM procedure and monitor PM team
o investigating customer complaints; in order to find the root cause then develop corrective measures, action plan and the conduct training to Site engineers and Sub contractor

o Monitor the CM team and make sure all activity performed under the defined SLA’s
o Monitor the common problem of the Site quality implementation and then discuss and make plan to improve
o Conduct weekly meeting with customer for quality and acceptance progress of sites
o Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
o Enhances department and organization reputation by satisfying all customer request in the defined time line and positive attitude

o Check the FM of 1060 on-air sites of VIVA for monthly evaluation of Subcontractor
o Monthly evaluation of Preventive maintenance team, and Project team of sub contractor.

In U.A.E HSPA+ Project for Telecom main task Includes
Define Quality standards for Telecom Sites.
Get approvel from customer (Du telecom) on these standards.
Train Huawei Site Engineers and Subcontractor Engineers to follow these standards.
Inspection of Site Survey reports by making random checks of sites.
Using Web_LCT software (T2000) for Microwave check the RF attributes, Eqipment attributes, Power attributes, Actual transmit and Receive power of all the connected Links with reference to link budget .Confirm the forced switching to main and standby ODU of 1+1 link. Inspect the performance of all board of RTN 600.
Using LMT software of Node B inspect all cards and Racks of NodeB (MAFU, MATRU, BBU), inspection of Tilt of Antenna, local cell ID, software version, board version of NMPT, HBBI, NUTI cards.
AS a TE inspector check the installation of NodeB and all grounding and feeder cable. Microwave RTN installation of Huawei IDU and ODU inspection.
External Alarm Inspector
Inspection of all environmental alarm with NOC including A/C, Rectifier, FM200, fire, door and motion sensor alarm through DDF.
