Working as a Branch Accountant in Al Falah Corporate. Magnetic Control Division for Electrical Transformers Factory in a joint venture company with Magnetic Control and Electricals, Saudi Arabia and Magnetic Controls, India for developing, manufacturing, and selling innovative, high-quality equipment of Dry-type transformers in Al-Kharj Industrial city, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Currently posting in Head office in Dammam from December 2021.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintained branch funds.
• Prepare Sales Invoices, Sales Orders
• Prepare and Supervise warehouse stock purchasing documents.
• Make Bill of Material (BOM), costings for productions jobs.
• Reconciled bank account with cash book on monthly basis.
• Making International and Local Costing. (IGRs & LGRs).
• Responsible for accounts payable and cheque issuance.
• Follow up with parties for invoices, payments etc.
• Responsible for utility bills payment.
• Maintain Petty Cash voucher from Warehouse. Checking, Posting & Pay.
• Prepare monthly Statement of Accounts & submitting to the Customer.
• Handle Production software (ZOHO)
• Inventory Reconciliation physical and software.
• Co-ordinate with store for inventory closing.
• Handle one sister Transport company of Falah Group, for accounts related job such as, Payments / receiving, Deposits against transportation refunds data maintain.
Working as an Accountant in United Food Services (UFS), under the roof of United Group of companies (United Trading Corporation, United Food Industries Corp., United Warehousing & Distribution Services, United Trading & National Holding Co., and United Restaurants Development). UFS is the McDonalds Sole Authorized Distribution Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
