Responsibilities as a Quality Control Engineer:
• Responsible for overall CNC Machining Quality of 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler
• Regularly inspect machined components to ensure they meet the specified dimensions, tolerances, and other quality criteria.
• Establishing and maintaining inspection procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in quality checks.
• Ensuring that all measuring tools, gauges, and testing equipment used in the quality control process are calibrated correctly and regularly.
• Identifying and analyzing defects or deviations in machined parts, determining the root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Providing training to production staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and the importance of quality control in machining processes.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the machining processes to identify opportunities for improvement, reduce defects, and enhance overall product quality.
Responsibilities as a Production Engineer:
• Fixtures and tooling management and Production enhancement, Production planning & and controlling.
• Maintaining quality for all the customers including Suzuki, Toyota, and Honda, and enhancing.
• Kaizen, 5s, Poke Yoke, Cost saving activities and Capacity calculation for new products and Debottlenecking of existing processes
• Preparation of productivity reports, and raw material consumption reports and ensuring timely arrival of materials on production lines.
• To increase Productivity and ensure Toyota Production System Standards and Monitor the production activities according to the plan.
• To keep documentation related to processes, and standards updated and strong follow-up of rework, and process wastage records.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all mechanical works at the site as per
approved drawings, methods, and safety rules.
• Develop and review mechanical system designs and specifications for new construction,
renovation, or expansion projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate
mechanical systems into overall building and infrastructure designs.
• Evaluate and select appropriate mechanical equipment, such as HVAC systems, pumps,
piping, and control systems, based on operational requirements, efficiency, and costeffectiveness.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for equipment procurement, delivery,
and installation.
• Oversee the installation, startup, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment
to ensure compliance with design standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct performance testing and system verification to confirm proper operation and
functionality.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability,
longevity, and optimal performance of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical system issues, malfunctions, or failures, and
coordinate timely repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Provide technical support and guidance to operations and maintenance personnel regarding
equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, regulations, and industry best
practices related to mechanical systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to identify and address potential safety
hazards, compliance issues, or performance deficiencies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and training programs to promote a
safe working environment and minimize risks associated with mechanical systems and
equipment.
• Monitor expenses, analyze cost trends, and identify opportunities for cost savings or
efficiency improvements.
