Convert the leads into sale by briefing clients about the features of the CRM software
Manage the sales team and assign sales targets and help them close the deal by visiting clients
Updating the MD with the day to day activities of the team through in-house CRM software
Support the after sale technical team if required with the client and make sure to collect the payments from clients on time
Handle the recruitment and training of the sales team
Manage the transport, vehicle and equipment rental division
Keep track of all the vehicles and equipment
Make sure the mobilization of the vehicles or equipment are done on time
Make sure to do all the required repairs and maintenance of the vehicles & equipment
Handle the team and assign the tasks to them according to their expertise and skills
Mobilise the required drilling tools to the rigs as per their requirements and requests
Coordinate with different departments, rig coordinators & clients
Make sure to check all the backload tools received from the rigs and send the required tools for overhauling/repair.
Keep track of tools sent to rigs and update the records accordingly
Supervise the loading and offloading team and make sure that safety is maintained during all logistics operations
Procure raw materials & consumable materials from both local and overseas suppliers
Negotiate with the suppliers and procure the best quality materials
Ensure that all the office supplies and amenities are procured on the right time
Procure the material from the local and overseas suppliers for the assigned plants or commodity
Ensure that the plant get all the required service jobs done through the service providers or contractors.
Receive, review and immediately process Purchase Requisitions
Ensure all the PRs are processed with an alignment to the company procedure.
Find reliable and appropriate suppliers (domestic & international), initiate bid solicitation, analyze quotes, negotiate prices and generate Purchase Orders
Procuring materials and services with best quality at a reasonable price
Responsible in Strategic and Transactional Procurements (spares, consumables, manpower & other services) with cost effective negotiations from small to large scale projects and implement procurement strategies
Conduct written, fax and telephonic negotiations with bidders to improve pricing and delivery schedules
Ensure all the requirements of the plants and end users are fulfilled within the KPI.
Report on weekly basis to the section head for the PR status and work progress.
Maintain a systematic and organize records filing for the PO issued
Coordinate closely with nominated forwarder for the overseas shipment
Follow up with the suppliers for on-time shipment and ensure quality of products.
Handled 3 shutdowns in 8 months for different plants which gave tremendous experience.
Was able to satisfy and get the appreciations from the plant/end users for these 3 shutdowns
Maintained Discipline and co-operated at work place within the team as well as with the management
Periodical monitoring of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and ensure target achievement

Helped in commissioning of EVA plant in SIPCHEM for which the plant management acknowledged with an appreciation souvenir & gifts
