Manage fixed access project implementation daily ISP (Inside Plant) tasks, activities and issues such as Head end Servers, CATV Equipments & Fiber Equipments.
Deploying CAP-1000 Server, Info cast Server, Appear TV, APEX1000 QAM Server, Cable Vista Server, GX2 Optical Transmitter/Receiver & Data Miner CMTS, NMS server & equipment’s.
Installation, Configuration & Commissioning of Network servers including DNS, DHCP, NMS, ISA, DVR/NVR, DG servers, ARRIS/Motorola VTN244 Optical Node and BLE100 Line Extenders, Directional Couplers, Splitters & TAPS.
Installation & Configuration of Cisco & Huawei Switches & Routers.
Co-ordination with different vendors for successful deployment of IPTV services.
Support NOC team to resolve all Headend & OSP issues.
Ensure security of data, and backup systems.
Troubleshooting system and network problems
and diagnosing and solving hardware or
software faults.
Installing & configuring of DVR surveillance system.
Participate in project meetings with Global vendors Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Motorola, Cisco, DEV, DIVITEL, SKYLINE etc.
