This manual was sent by the head office (USA) to every plant office all over the world and it contained procedures to be followed during routine day to day transactions. This manual covered all the departments which had any interaction with the Accounts/Finance department i.e. Marketing, Sales, Gate office, Administration etc. I successfully helped top management in its implementation to improve overall performance, reporting and uniformity of procedures.
