Main responsibilities are:
•Installing Smartboard and Projectors for Existing and new Projects
•Installing Smart notebook software
•Daily doing preventive maintenance for all AV & IT devices installed in classrooms.
•Providing support and recording special events in Auditoriums
•Checking every month necessary updates for Smart notebook software and firmware updates
•Troubleshooting Smart board and Smart projector related issues
•Troubleshooting problems related to Mitsubishi, Projectiondesign Projectors
•Changing the projector lamps
•Installing new Projectors
•Controlling all the projectors by Using Software utilities (Ex: GlobalView+, MultiProjector monitoring tool etc.)
•Troubleshooting audio system issues
•Troubleshooting Crestron device issue
•Handling live streaming.
•Handling Events, Conferences and Big events like graduation & convocations at UAEU
•Providing classroom & meeting rooms support on time for the UAE University Professors.
•Troubleshooting issues of IP TV & Digital Signage
•Handling Domain issues and resolves the issues.
•Troubleshooting video conference related issues
•Independently and confidently giving the service for Desktop Support issues for end
Users across the UAE University
•Installing & Configuring Infopoint devices
•Providing on-site Support to InfoPoints
•Responsible for providing customer support over phone.
•Preparing Windows images using Ghost Cast Server.
•Adding/removing clients to/from Domain.

Main responsibilities are:
Installation of Wired (Cat 5 E, cat 6, fibre & Copper), Wireless Networking
Installation Information Outlet, Racks, Server, Switch & Router
Termination of UTP Cable (I/O, Jack Panel) & fibre (SC, ST, Fibre cable jointing manual)
Testing of Cable (UTP, Fibre & Copper)
Laying of cable (UTP and Fibre)
User Configuration and Testing of Nodes
Solve user Issues.
Applying & Operating Enterprise Resource Planning
Ensuring Maximum up Time (up to 95 %)
Ensuring Time Frame project competition
