Design, development and maintenance of the WAN / MPLS network backbone.
•Design and implementation of Data/Internet connectivity solutions.
•Interacting with sales/marketing teams toward providing various network services (MPLS VPN, Internet connectivity) with the customers.

Implementation and maintenance support for the Data / Voice Network Infrastructure
Working as a Backbone CUCM Engineer, handling all types of issues related to Network Infrastructure.
•Implementation and Troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Application on UCS C220 M3.
•Handling issues related to new installations, upgrades and migrations.
•Having experience on Enterprise Licensing Manager, Prime collaboration Manager and handling issues related to Licensing.
closely with customers to gather and assess pertinent information needed to develop a Cisco VOIP Phone system dial plan that will meet all areas of their telecommunication needs.
•Configure and implement dial plan, phones and call routing using Cisco Unified Call Manager.
•Work with local and long distance providers in transitioning the customer's PRI, POTS or analog lines over to the Cisco VOIP system.
