Handling HR responsibilities, including labour handling, administration affairs, i.e. Handling a labour force of more than 100 workers. Leave/Travel related issues of staff, preparing employment contracts, increments/reimbursements, Attendance & house keeping, Transport handling, Security Office Handling, Accommodation issues, medical emergencies, Medical issues pertaining to Labours and Staff. Resolving disputes, issuance of warning letters etc. Dealing with JAFZA visa related responsibilities, Responsible for day to day HR affairs including labour handling, administration affairs, i.e. attendance & housekeeping, accommodation related issues, Oracle Payroll making, salary distribution, dealing with JAFZA visa related responsibilities, medical emergencies, resolving disputes, issuance of warning letters etc. Handling of Security issues at Factory.
Responsible for the Sales & Marketing along with the Office Administration including, HR & Admin.
During the stay with Royal Housing FZE, I was responsible to handle the customers, prepare and send official correspondence on Company's behalf to the suppliers, clients and government departments. Handle workers' administration matters, and maintain the official records. Hiring of new staff and look after the official matters.
I joined the Company on valid visa of “Sales Executive”, I worked as a Sales Coordinator with the Sales Team of ABC Digital Prints (Emirates Neon). In this capacity, I was in sales coordination for a Sales Team of 14 Sales personnel. Responsibilities were, making quotations using CRM, opening work orders, Invoicing of completed jobs. Coordination with the Production Department for execution of jobs. Coordination with clients for their queries and related matter, Ensuring proper execution of jobs. Coordination with the management and accounts for payment status.
At Emirates Neon Company, a leading outdoor media advertising company in UAE, I have gained very good experience of working in high pressure environment and close coordination and accomplishment of tasks with different departments along with handling of outdoor clients was the most important part of my job. Being an Outdoor Advertising Company, I have had the exposure of understanding clients’ requirements and technicalities of the jobs. I have had been dealing with the clients for their indoor and outdoor media requirements and fulfillment of their jobs up-to their entire satisfaction. Working with the Director HR, I have also got the exposure of H.R. functions, i.e. sorting of C.V.s short-listing of candidates, telephonic interviews, grading of C.V.s according to their experience and criteria etc. Lining up of candidates and arrange to conduct physical interviews. Preparation of comprehensive lists of candidates as per the requirement of the company and compilation of C.V.s according to their trades was also a part of my job. I have also participated in the preparation of Annual Appraisals.

Beside the responsibilities as Executive Secretary, additional responsibilities as Marketing Assistant. In the scope of job, marketing purchases and logistics and marketing support functions were included.
