• Facilitated smooth handover of buildings to the Operations Team after the start of project
Role: Mobilizing Engineer for 36 Musanada Schools Project Abu Dhabi
• Performed snagging for all 36 schools for electrical, civil, mechanical and plumbing works within the allotted time
• Executed condition survey of 36 schools using concept evolution software; led surveys with all subcontractors in order to get the exact quote for the services
• Developed annual maintenance contract for all 13 subcontractors

Role: Facilities Engineer (Electrical) for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) HQ Building
• Developed PPM plans for all the maintenance contracts and ensured the same were being conducted accordingly within defined KPI & SLA

• Supervised standard maintenance activities of BMS, firefighting & fire alarm system performed by subcontractors
