• Formulating Opex & Capex budget and keeping a check on expenses to achieve P&L

Role: (Musanada Government Buildings in Western Region Abu Dhabi)
• Spearheaded TFM contract entailing MEP, cleaning, porter services, office & pantry services, landscaping services, security services and full soft services delivery with a team of 200+ with 11 reporting directly
• Utilized SAP system for procurement, time approvals and day-to-day operations
• Effectuated effective PPM regime and managed maintenance to ensure PPM schedules were implemented as per actual requirement within defined KPI and SLA
• Facilitated reactive and corrective works in order to improve the operations & client satisfaction; analyzed call center data and planned improvements
• Formulated budget documentation/plans and ensured budget compliance in collaboration with client
• Ensured that services were periodically reviewed & refinements made to enhance these services

Administered the service provider performance namely active & re-active maintenance at Shorooq Community Mirdif Dubai with 2096 apartments and villas. Additionally managed 2 staff accommodations in Al Qouz consisting of 925 rooms each.

• Facilitated timely update of system used by FM provider and reviewed & analyzed work failure
• Reviewed, approved & followed up on proposals from service providers and other parties; validated & sanctioned all work request approvals; inspected and confirmed that maintenance work was completed

Role: Mobilizing Engineer for 71 Musanada Buildings in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi
• Performed snagging for all buildings for electrical, mechanical and plumbing works within the allotted time
• Organized surveys with all subcontractors in order to get the exact quote for the services
• Facilitated smooth handover of buildings to the Operations Team after the start of project

Role: Mobilizing Engineer for 36 Musanada Schools Project Abu Dhabi
• Performed snagging for all 36 schools for electrical, civil, mechanical and plumbing works within the allotted time
• Executed condition survey of 36 schools using concept evolution software; led surveys with all subcontractors in order to get the exact quote for the services
• Developed annual maintenance contract for all 13 subcontractors
• Successfully handed over schools to the Operations Team after the start of project

Role: Facilities Engineer (Electrical) for Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) HQ Building
• Developed PPM plans for all the maintenance contracts and ensured the same were being conducted accordingly within defined KPI & SLA
• Administered standard maintenance activities of electrical & plumbing installations executed by technical staff
• Supervised standard maintenance activities of BMS, firefighting & fire alarm system performed by subcontractors
• Formulated annual maintenance contracts for all 9 subcontractors

• Successfully executed projects from placement of contract till completion of project as per laid down procedure
