 Leading PMO for major transformation programs like Oracle Fusion and SalesForce lightening upgrade. Including international group consolidation of both platfoms.
 Managed the Digital automation practice across the group (Properties, Development, Entertainment, Hospitality & Malls) to identify opportunities, re-engineer the processes, build the business case, deliver the project, and monitor the business benefits realization.
 Managing existing enterprise applications portfolio like Yardi, IBM FileNet, IBM BPM Low Code platform (Case Management & Lombardi), IBM Maximo, Kofax, Automation Anywhere, DocuSign & Circularo for Digital Signatures, B2B portals and Mobile applications.
 Leading the Malls business vertical for all their technological needs and assistance in the digital strategy roadmap.
 Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX) of around AED +40M across the applications portfolio, monitoring of KPI and people management of 40+ team members.

Head of Digital Process Automation, Malls Business Vertical and Enterprise Digital Web & Mobile APPs at EMAAR

 Established the center of excellence for Intelligent & Cognitive Automation Practice across the Group. Technology spectrum to include Digital Workflow Automation (IBM Lombardi), RPA tool for Digital Workforce (Blue Prism), Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence for data extraction.
 Groupwide consolidation of RPA platforms, Blue Prism & UI Path to Automation Anywhere. The decision was taken to reduce cost, concolidate and the superior capabilities of AA platform.
 Implementation of TIBCO (Spot Fire, Business Works, Stream Base & Live View) for the key process's visibility for the management.
 Cloud modernization of on-premises applications to either SAAS or PAAS environments to reduce cost and increasing flexibility for scaling the applications.
 Managed the in-house developed product for EMAAR Community Management for the internal business functions and B2C customers. Delivered multiple enhancement sprints for the revamping of UI/UX and product backlog.
 Managed the Enterprise Digital products for the internal customers for the product backlog and enhancements. Products included universal approval HUB, unit snagging, site inspections, workflows automations and other products both for Dubai and the international footprint of EMAAR.
 Achieved substantial savings for business in re-aligning existing resources by re-engineering & automating business processes. Achieved annual savings of 40k man-hours across the group by automating customer-centric & operational processes. This resulted in millions of hard dollar savings in workforce consolidation, increased efficiency and error reduction.
 Established the agile practices to execute projects by adapting SCRUM methodology. This included agile coaching, training of teams and implementation of DevOps across the portfolio. Established the partner network for quick & agile delivery using on-shore, off-shore and near-shore resources model for optimizing cost and speed of delivery.
 Played a key role in managed services contract (MSP) with third party service provider to outsource the application operations in India.
 Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX) of around AED +50M across the applications portfolio, monitoring of KPI and people management of 90+ team members.

Senior Manager Projects & Enterprise Applications at EMAAR

Delivered major ERP transformation to migrate the core Malls ERP platform from Oracle EBS to Yardi; the scope included business process re-engineering, solution architecture, data migration and change management.  Delivered major ERP transformation to migrate EMAAR Retail from legacy EMBED System to Microsoft Navision and consolidate At the Top to unified application setup. This included back-office operations like warehouse, finance, cash handling and operations (Merchandising, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, BI for Dynamics & Sales). The sales channels for selling merchandise for all the attractions across the EMAAR Retail Group.
 Set up the Centre of Excellence (COE) of Enterprise Applications like Enterprise Content Management (IBM/FileNet), Kofax, IBM BPM (IBM/Case Manager), Maximo (EAM) and Automated Sales Data Capture from Retailers POS Machines.
 Managed the enterprise application's portfolio for projects and application operations. Projects included Automation, ERP, Mobile Applications, Malls operational applications like footfall (Delopt) & traffic pattern analysis systems (Aiselabs), Point of Sales Integration System for revenue collection in Malls and Burj Khalifa security & customer-centric applications.
 Re-implementation of existing platforms as per best practices like E-Learning Platform (BSS Online) & Incident Management Application (Perspective). Product evaluations for new requirements or to replace the existing systems which are end of life.
 Budget management (CAPEX/OPEX) of around AED +30M across the applications portfolio, monitoring of KPI and people management of 20+ team members.

 Managed the enterprise-wide programs & projects portfolio, which included tracking and reporting on the portfolio overall health. Communication with stakeholders in case of intervention required for any resolution management.
 Responsibilities included monthly portfolio reporting to the senior management and highlighting any risks, which had either materialized or could materialize.
