• Create Draft Work Order about what ARAMCO Inspector need Material in his respective areas.
• Checking the Materials availability in our stores (DHN Store, DM Store & SF Store).

• After getting signature from Aramco Inspector & Aramco Supervising Inspector create the WO (work order) in SAP (IW31).
• Search the Material in SAP (MD04) material search engine by Part Number or Material Description etc.
• In B2B search the Material by Stock Number and make a reservation of that Material.
• After Order the Material follow up with the Vendor by Emails & Telephones.
• After receiving Material create MTF (Material Transfer Form) for respective Area.
• Call the customers to verify if the requested maintenance is attended or completed by the responding maintenance crew.
• Receives and updates completed maintenance job from technicians.
• Type and produce reports and correspondence utilizing word processing, spreadsheet.
• Collecting and summarizing data regarding materials on various maintenance request.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies and materials.
• Upgraded all office filing system.
