Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitors construction contractor’s Mechanical installation and Testing Activities, Including, but not limited to firefighting system piping, leak test, duct work & insulation, pumps, building management system, HVAC controls, domestic water systems, foundation de-watering system etc.
Reviews shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, Inspection test plans and samples, contract documents and Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
Reviews all the test reports related to Mechanical, testing and commissioning procedures and their records.
Preparation of documents like Initial Acceptance Inspections (IAI), certificates of Initial Acceptance (COIA), proposal requests (PRs), letter of instructions(LOI) and Etc.
Organizes, coordination and conjunction with the concerned Departments/End-users Acceptance inspection and Re-inspection of the permanent works, until all deficiencies are corrected and signed off.
Performs difficult and complex field engineering assignments involving the development, execution, supervision and coordination of all aspects of a construction project.
Maintains first level quality assurance to confirm that the installation of all work within his discipline is in accordance with approved plans, specification, and international standards.

Major Job and Responsibilities:
➢ Report to Senior Mechanical Engineer.
➢ Assist the Senior Mechanical Engineer in reviewing Mechanical design drawings, shop drawings,
co-ordination drawings, submittals& method of statements as per the local authority
requirements and approval.
➢ Quality controlling of materials delivered to site as per the approved submittal and supplier.
➢ Carry out regular site visits.
