 Creating and maintaining IT documentation such as IT Purchase requisitions, Payment requests, Incident reports, Service completion reports, Site visit reports, monthly maintenance reports, etc. and overseeing participation in preparations of RFPs and PR / PO, etc.
 Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
 Acts as a resource, on a consistent basis, to other team/section professional staff in the resolution of IT issues.
 Administration of File Storage Server and Backup Servers (Windows Server 2012 R2).
 Maintaining Microsoft licensing for complete environment.
