* Launch of New Fulfilment centre in Lucknow for Amazon Heavy bulky operations
* Package Handling Improvement
(i) Rolled out Amazon SH specific “Stacking Norms” across the network - Zoning of GLs, stack height, handling
of MP ACS etc.
(ii) Horizontal deployment of “Love the Package” in SH FCs and Stations. A total of 3360+ AA/DA/Supervisors
were trained from for Key sale Events.
* Successfully delivered 8 Peak Sale events in year 2018 with high bar in operational efficiency
Worked as BDM for a new start up with Amazon Shipping vertical in India
* Was in the core team, deputed to understand the market dynamics, competition analysis and customer
requirements in North India
* Worked on market research, profiling of different set of customers, need analysis and product requirement.
* Extensively profiled around 1000 customers in order to understand the need of the various feature sets to be
incorporated in the Product.
* Identifying new accounts and initiate Key Account pre-selection process in the vertical.
* Launched beta program for 50 pilot customers who helped us in testing the various product features which were
planned for final launch.
