Responsibilities:
1- Managed MEP (Monthly Erection Plan), resources, manpower and execute it accordingly.
2- Experience in Erecting and alignment of static and rotary equipment.

4- Carrying out all the construction, erection works as per method statements and Borouge specifications.
5- Understanding P&IDs, piping isometrics, equipment installation drawings for the regular generation of work front for site supervisors.

Worked on Lube Oil Blending Plant having the production capacity of 1 million liters/ month. Also worked as a Shut Down Planning Engineer during Annual Shut Down. Activities include:
1- Overhauling and routine maintenance of rotating equipments like centrifugal compressors, pumps, and hydraulic filling machine of KOBE and EBARA makers etc.
2- Condition-based monitoring of machinery equipment.
3- Contribute towards sustained and reliable operation through development and implementation of Machinery Reliability Plans.
4- Technical knowledge of API guidelines related to Machinery equipment selection, commissioning and operation. Thorough review and understanding of API 610, API-614, API-616, API-617, API-618 and API-670.
5- Lead Safety related audits, weekly and daily safety talks and other safety related activities of the area.
6- Make long term Maintenance Plans for critical stationary & rotating equipment.
7- Turnaround and shutdown Planning.
8- Developed KPI to gauge both functional and safety performance of the unit
9- Ensuring that all maintenance staff are adequately trained and informed of changes in work-related legislation.
10- Recommend and implement improvements, which will maximize the efficiency of maintenance work and reduce future maintenance requirements.
11- Review Work Orders for completeness and accuracy and ensure that Work Orders are properly entered and closed out in the Equipment Log Sheet.

13- To communicate effectively with the plant team relative to the condition of the plant equipment and performance and to provide suggestions for improvements.
