o Preparing complete technical and commercial quotations for the Front End Sales (FES).
o To prepare an accurate Full Cost Model for tenders/projects.
o Extending sales support like Post Bid clarifications, price revisions, technical discussions/clarifications with customers etc. to FES.
o Coordinating with Proposal Department to ensure sending accurate quotations on time.
o Reviewing pricing strategy in coordination with Sales Manager-Exports as per dynamics of market behavior, and to monitor quotations (projects lists, volume of offers, won-lost analysis).
o Prepare list of all electrical equipments and circuits.
o Verify the project design and ensure that all operations are accounted in the project.
o Inspection of materials/equipment at manufacturers shop floor/ vendor/sub-vendors premises.
o Review of materials/equipment test certificates submitted by vendor/suppliers for final acceptance.
o Timely implementation of Project to specified requirements/Project schedules /milestones.
o Project progress monitoring for timely completion as per technical requirements /schedules /milestones.
o Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
o Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
o Estimating the required accessories for the successful installation.
o Prepare Request for Inspection for installation of electrical equipments.
o Inspection of all electrical works.
o Preparing the technical submittal for the client/consultant which includes shop drawings, schematic diagrams, single line diagrams etc.
o Preparing the load schedule, BOQ, quotation for lighting control devices and wiring devices
o Designing the panels, panel layout and wiring inside the panels
o Preparing the wiring reference sheet
o Testing and commissioning of the automation on-site
o Programming the lighting control devices using manufacturer software
o Inspection and testing of low voltage cables and distribution board (DB), sub DB and branch panel board.
o Inspect the layout for cable trenches, back filling and excavations.
o Verify Electrical Design for Light systems.
o Review and comment for shop drawing submittals.
o Verify Cable sizing for Light systems.
o Review and verify Lighting load calculations.
o Coordinating with Project Manager Consultant, Contractors and suppliers to carry out the work according to the specifications and drawings as per schedule.
o Supervise a team of installation as well as testing & commissioning.
o Prepare, measure and report personal KPI’s.
o Instrument specification, sizing, selection, and drawings.
o Provide Controls and Instrumentation input to Equipment Specifications
o Ensure that the appropriate client comments are incorporated; P&ID development, prepare Cable Schedule (including I/O database)
o Prepare and disseminate all required documentation such as project specifications, instrument data sheets, level sketches, requests for quotation & requisitions.
o Instrument Verification - Installation, calibration, and operation.
o Installation of new instruments and complete new wiring without disturbing the existing running plant.
o Acquaint with QA\QC test check record required during Construction and Pre-commissioning stages.
