➢ Systematic and up-to-date official correspondence receiving, dispatching, filing the documentation and distribution of documents to related staff.
➢ Appropriate record and update of every action on priority basis.
➢ Making arrangements of flight, hotel and rent a cars booking according to the travel trips of the management and visits of the customers accordingly.
