To improve the commercial performance of the
stores in U.A.E by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability
by maximizing sales opportunities through merchandising, staff
training and development .To be accountable for the day-to-day
operations of the store and its workforce in line with the overall
business Branding principles, providing leadership, ensuring
customer satisfaction and making informed decisions to achieve
maximum defined targets.
. Handling customer’s queries and complaints.
. Regularly briefing store staff by informing the daily, monthly, yearly
targets and management memo.
. Follows and reacts on the basis of stock movement and are cleared
from the store regularly.
. Inspect merchandise to ensure that nothing is outdated. Review
inventory and sales records.
. Evaluate section and departmental performance. Ensure that price
changes shelves tags counter cards changes are carried out effectively.
. Ensure that the visual merchandising standards are met at all times
with the supervision of the Store in Charge/ Visual Merchandiser..
. Stock management regarding best seller, out of stocks and sizes with the
emphasis on stock turn.
. Maintaining stock movement and are displayed at the earliest when the
replenishment arrives.
Arranging department staff daily schedules and training sessions.
. Assisting new trainee and store staff by providing training sessions
regarding selling skills, customer service principle, merchandising skills
and product knowledge.
. Implements stock control, stock loss and security procedures, and
maintain appropriate records.
. Develops and implements in-store promotion and national promotions.
. Inspect merchandise to ensure that nothing is outdated. Review the
outdated items if need to be sent to factory outlet or other locations
. Maintaining the delivery dates, time and follow up regarding the
customer purchased items.
. Following the store operation procedure manual and guideline as per the
management policy
