Carry out all MIS related tasks for the Operational units within the agreed timescales and to a high accuracy.
•Collect /extract data to publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, Dashboards and analysis.
•Produce time sensitive information and provide actionable data that will assist Senior Management in planning and managing the core functions of the business including resourcing, staffing and client on-boarding.

Amazon.com is an online shopping website which buys and sells the products online, my role was supporting customers by providing information on Amazon products like laptop, PC etc., through emails and replying with desired solutions based on customer’s queries.
