•Utilities and Power Generation Equipment Field Operator, Power Plant 10 years of experience in operating and maintaining a 560 MW CCPP and various equipment, including:
•Gas Turbine: Operated and maintained 360 MW gas turbine of, including smooth start-up, safe shutdown, and normal operation.
•Steam Turbine: Operated and maintained 200 MW steam turbine of Hangzhou Company, including smooth start-up, safe shutdown, and normal operation.
•HRSG: Operated and controlled water tube type waste heat recovery boilers at 3.43 MPa and 48 Ton/hr., including chemistry control.
•Package and Waste Heat Boiler: Operated and maintained 16 Ton/hr. and 14 Ton/hr. respectively.
•ETP: Operated and controlled efluent treatment plant, including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, activated carbon filter, ultra filtration, and reverse osmosis of 120 cubic meter per hour with multiple stages RO.
•Water Treatment: Operated and maintained raw water reservoir demineralization unit, cation/anion tower, and reverse osmosis systems.
•Fire Water System: Operated and maintained fire water storage tanks, pressurization pumps, hydrants, and fixed monitors.
•Instrument Air, Plant Air & Nitrogen: Operated and maintained six screw compressors of 2400 NMC capacity, two knock-out drums, two instrument air dryers, and two nitrogen generation units "PSA Unit".
•Wastewater Treatment Unit: Operated and maintained flocculation, coagulation, reactivators, activated sludge process, and controlled the NEQS limits in the final sea water.
•Diesel Engine Generator: Supervised and operated diesel-fired reciprocating engine generators (415V X 2 (1.5MW) and 6.6 KV X 2 (1.5MW)) in parallel with gas turbines and steam
