• Responsible for posting Sales Orders \[Order Taking\] Of Industrial Gases, Bulk Liquids and Trade Materials.
• Order Management: Updating and Tracking Sales orders \[Delivery Coordination\] for Both External and Internal Customers through Logistics Department.
• Quotes: Preparing orders, inquiries, tenders, quotations and follow-up with customers for order confirmation.
• Single point of contact for coordination between Sales, Logistics and Finance Department for working in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System).
• Review Purchase Orders of Customers thoroughly product details, payment Terms, delivery modes, contact details including terms and conditions.
• Establish and maintaining relationship with new and existing clients with contact details.
• Coordinate Between Customer/ Internal department to ensure all sales and delivery related documents are filed in for Annual Audit Process.
• Responsible for Monitoring Refilling of gases of Loaned Cylinders, tanks Rotation from Customers and as well as collection of all Zero Rotation Cylinders.
• Responsible for Opening New Customers/Suppliers new Credit Account in ERP System Ensuring all related documents are correct by updating customer contacts and material supply.
• Review and Re-Council Customer Outstanding Payments by Sending Statement of accounts \[SOA\] to customers and following up for payments,
• Coordinating with Sales and marketing team, technical services group for resolving the Queries of the Product Details \[Gases, Liquids and Hard Goods\] to Customers.
• Negotiating with New Customers for pricing of products to be made Contracts of Gases and Liquids for Years with terms and Conditions.
• Follow ups for Delivery Management by preparing gate passes for Major Customers \[Aramco, Petro-Rabigh, Samref, Sipco, NSH\] and Coordinating Logistics to deliver the material on time.
• Preparing Analytical and Monthly Sales Reports by comparing Sales Vs Sales Target Achieved.
• Responsible for posting Packing slip (Delivery note), Loan documents, invoices and all related documents through manual and ERP System.
