• In charge of Business Development Coordination at SETS;
• Market research activities for tenders and business opportunities by identifying, analyzing and selecting new procurement opportunities through a variety of portals and by selecting potential partners in priority countries;
• Collect and analyze information referring to public procurement, international funds and agencies, public funds, and contracting authorities, such as the World Bank (WB), European Investment Bank (EIB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Ministry of Energy and Water (MoEW), and the Litani River Authority (LRA) in Lebanon, Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) and Ministry of Transport (MOT) in Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Works in Bahrain, Department of Transport (DOT) in Abu Dhabi, Ministry of Transport & Communications in Qatar, etc.;
• Supervise and follow up with pre-qualifications for various Clients;
• Support SETS branches in Riyadh and Jeddah (KSA), Cairo (Egypt), and Amman (Jordan);
• Arrange and facilitate kick off calls and progress calls;
• Reading and analysis of RFPs and create project briefs and checklists;
• Analysis of selection criteria concerning the company's eligibility and availability of experts;
• Following the RFP analysis, generate proposal matrix that identifies roles and responsibilities for the involved teams and sub-consultants.
• Coordinate sub-consultants scope and validate with technical and financial teams;
• Ensure the consistency of technical approaches to meet clients' needs;
• Ensure bid schedules are met and milestones / deadlines are achieved for technical input.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify resources / sub-consultants;
• Coordinate with financial teams to complete commercial proposals and coordinate with legal team to complete relevant risk/legal assessments;
• Execution of technical writing and coordinate with technical teams to complete technical writing and methodologies, etc.;
• Coordinate with clients and partners during the tendering process;
• Request the preparation of all supporting documents and necessary forms needed during proposal submission;
• Coordinate with marketing team / graphic designers to develop graphics, presentations and documents;
• Proofread, edit, and format bid documents to improve clarity and impact;
• Ensure that bids are compliant and follow the company's procedures;
• Supervise marketing material update on a regular basis (Company Profile, Project Sheets, etc.);

 Ensure proposal file structures are maintained in accordance with the proposal process and soft copies of all
proposals are retained in both digital and hard formats;
 Prepare marketing material for tenders, proposals, website and presentations (Project technical sheets,
narrative descriptions, PowerPoint presentations, etc.);
 Update marketing material and CVs of professional staff on a regular basis;
 Provide professional and engineering terminology translation for marketing material;
 Prepare projects completion certificates;
 Establish liaison and provide support for Abu Dhabi and Kurdistan Branch Offices;
 Excellent knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 procedures;
 Conduct regular and monthly internal quality audits and represent the firm in external audits;
 Determine and maintain quality objectives;
 Define Quality Non Conformities (NOCs) and issue appropriate corrective action plans;
 Measure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for difference trends, determine weaknesses and develop ways
for improvement.
