Lead the development & Implementation Design and implement an Application for Document management and implement in Excise & Taxation Office government of K.P.K vehicles registration to maintain there document file properly. Document Management System (DMS) is online system used for maintaining documents and indexes them properly. Also provide facility to end user to upload new documents with proper indexing method. DMS also provide complete search option on different files and their documents.
Manage Implementation and development of MVRS (Motor Vehicle Registration System) application for excise and taxation office government of K.P.K. Designing of new process like audit system for application users. Assign tasks to team members and make possible to deliver work on time. Make coordination with client and resolved there issues on time. Normalized the database. Designing of new forms and reports and also test all older processes are working properly.

Development of Business Intelligence reports, dashboards for commercial, marketing, and customer services departments, Implement and manage various prepaid & postpaid, promotional & loyalty programs throughout customer lifecycle. Provide Market Intelligence analysis and insight into products & services / platforms offered or used by the competition in an effort to assess their relative strengths and weaknesses compared to MTN and hence provide recommendations for MTN activities. Work with Company on MTN dormant retrieval project. Monitor various Churn dash boards, value based dash boards, and traffic based analysis on daily, weekly, and monthly basis for analyzing and developing retention strategies to meet retention target. Daily Base Report includes Nationwide Sales. Monitoring and reporting of VLR process on daily basis and weekly preparation and loading of new dump of VLR at HLS server Automation of different projects. Identification and reporting the behavior of customers on behalf of usage, call trends etc. Ad hoc reporting regarding complete customer life cycle
