My roles and responsibilities are as follows:
• Provide overall supervision of the building to ensure all programs and events run smoothly and that guests are served beyond their expectations, under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
• Took over the complete projects from the client and communicated between clients and the construction team for snagging works.
• Handle all emergencies such as lighting, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical outages, fire accidents, and natural disasters.
• Meeting with the service provider for yearly, monthly, and weekly schedules for landscaping and irrigation, pool maintenance, and cleaning.
• Supervise all team leaders and coordinators to complete all tasks as scheduled and report to the Manager, Facilities Management.
• Ensure all workers have appropriate PPE, grooming, uniforms, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for all issues about MEP and non-technical services.
• Conduct regular on-site meetings with engineering teams and service providers to enhance the quality of work and engineering management.
• Monthly meetings with senior management and landlords to enhance service quality and benefits topics.
• Obtain monthly reports, SLA and KPI rating reports, and a performance management schedule for all buildings.
• Manage day-to-day activities, preventative maintenance, and failures.
• Finding out nature or root cause analysis of complaints to clear with permanent
• Training such as initial care and QHSE practices every month.

• Health &Safety (QHSE) • Maintenance activities • Landscaping Works
