● Led procurement process transformation and restructuring into a centralized Group Procurement & Supply Chain
structure, improving efficiency, cost savings, quality, and transparency across the group.
● Formulated and implemented a uniform Procurement Policy, SOPs, and KPIs across all four group companies to
standardize and streamline the procurement process.
● Managed the complete procurement cycle: receiving purchase requisitions, issuing enquiries to vendors, preparing
comparison sheets, processing purchase orders, and verifying invoices for Accounts submission.
● Sourced, negotiated, and selected vendors on quality, price, delivery, and service terms; developed new suppliers
across local and international markets.
● Directed procurement and inventory management for major capital projects, including installation and
commissioning of the Frima Twin Plant, Shot Blasting machine, Kerbstone machine, and other equipment.
● Designed codification, grouping, and sub-grouping structures for stock inventory and bin cards, and introduced
Min-Max stock levels with automatic order-creation for replenishment items.
● Coordinated with Engineering for technical bid evaluation, with Quality for compliance, and with Logistics and
Finance for freight planning, Letters of Credit, and vendor payments.
● Contributed to achieving ISO 9001 (2015), ISO 14000 (2009), and ISO 17001 (2015) certifications.
● Received a Certificate of Recognition from IQPC UAE for outstanding achievement in procurement and supply
chain process transformation and centralization.
