• Negotiated and finalised the employee medical insurance deal to give a year-on-year decrease of QR 1 mil - this task historically has been for the HR and administration teams
Responsibilities:
• Additional role working as CFO for a multiple joint venture projects with construction costs above QR10 Billion, and managing the projects financial controls for ECG Projects
• Developed ERP Oracle system by using HQ financial model to accommodate growth generated by Qatar Branch tripling in size

• Pivotal to the biggest revenue-generating foreign sales trading desk, with USD5 million monthly revenues
• Trading LE7 Billion equities monthly, controlled most tier one clients on the foreign sales trading, local institutional and GCC desks
• Worked to streamline the business by automating multiple previously time and resource heavy tasks
• Analysed previous clients’ performance to revise guidelines to retain them and increase their business

• Increased net income by 14%, adding circa USD 2 mil, by reducing repetitive volumes of work
• Analysed data and developed awareness of significant repetition; plan to resolve involved: making site visits which established there were no proper controls on pipes used to transfer dynamite 3 meters’ underground - planned and managed replacement of pipes’ supplier and perfected testing
