Responsible for developing client solutions for individuals with high-net worth. Using advanced techniques and knowledge of complex investment services used to maintain and/or create relationships with clients. As a wealth specialist I handle the most complex and sophisticated planning situations for most affluent clients by analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine strategies for meeting clients’ financial objectives.
• contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises;
• conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ financial circumstances, current provision and future aims;
• analyzing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements;
• researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services;
• designing financial strategies;
• assisting clients to make informed decisions;
• researching information from various sources, including providers of financial products;
• promoting and selling financial products to meet given or negotiated sales targets;
• negotiating with product suppliers for the best possible rates;
• liaising with head office and financial services providers;
• liaising with other professionals, such as estate agents, solicitors and valuers;
• keeping up to date with financial products and legislation;
• producing financial reports;
• contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments;
Operational Duties:
• Monitoring the account opening procedure for all new clients.
• Reviewing the KYC and reporting suspicious accounts to the risk management.
• Reviewing and processing Margin trading.
• Collection and follow-up with customers for any late settlement.
• Daily accounts settlement.
Relationship Management:
• Building and managing profitable relationships with high net worth customers.
• Conducting periodic interviews and working to further penetrate the costumer's use of our services.
• Achieving targeted growth in individual and team portfolio revenue.
• Providing high quality customer service while assuring bank and division profitability and asset quality standards are met.
• Handling customer complains.
Projects under my direct supervision:
• Company's website development.
• Preparation of all account opening and operational official forms.
• Electronic trading methods and software.
The reason for leaving the company was due to the closure of business.
As a sales and service officer I had both Customer care and supervision duties over the customer service team and tellers.
Customer care duties:
• Deliver personalized service to customers on various banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during every customer interaction.
• Consistently deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
• Assisting customers with their enquiries escalate/ re-direct problems when appropriate
Supervision Duties:
• Lead and manage a team of service staff at the branch to provide banking services to customers and achieve sales targets..
• Manage the daily operational and service aspects of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
• Handle costumer's complaints with satisfactory resolution.
• Participate actively in streamlining existing branch processes and initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Work with the Branch Manager to build a cohesive team comprising both the sales and service staff.
• Deliver personalized service for walk in customers.
• Achieving sales target through cross selling and customer references.
• Handling customer enquiries, requests, and complains.
• Processing telegraphic transfers and financial transactions.
• Verifying and completing customer’s applications.
• Prepare journal entries
• General ledger operations
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Draw up monthly financial reports
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• Assist with yearend closings
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare tax computations and returns
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Assist with payroll administration
• Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
• Account/bank reconciliations
• Review and process expense reports
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
