I am Currently, leading a high-performing team of 8 professionals and overseeing operations across the entire Francophone Africa (including 27 countries), I remain the focal point of all the cash flow activity of the region.

* Manage the Commercial Operations team
* Enable new commercial growth opportunities through organization and optimization of commercial data & insights
* Drive commercial execution and achievement of growth objectives in the Country & the Region, partnering with service sales, operations, finance and other commercial operations centers of excellence (COE) teams to drive orders to sales execution and growth
* Provides operational leadership support to Service sales team on strategies deployment, training requirements, utilization and optimization of resources
* Ensure Wing to Wing commercial processes ownership are fulfilled with sales, operations and finance teams.
* Full deployment of the Commercial and Business Operations KPIs, scorecard and process measurement metrics
* Drive Country & Region Quarterly Top Line estimate; identifies & mitigates risks, identifies and cultivates opportunities, and coordinate Commercial, Operational and Financial execution to achieve targets.
* Drive Country & Region Commercial Operating Mechanisms reviews.
* Drive and maintain Country & Region Top-line Database with historical sales metrics, OPs vs. Actuals per modality/segment, CRs and Conversion rates
* Drive Country & Region post-mortem quarterly analysis
* Drive the SII Exercise highlighting Country & Region entitlements, growth opportunities (Core business & Adjacencies), risk profiles and risk mitigation plans.
* Ensure all the commercial processes (CCWF, Policy 5.0/6.0, OECL, etc..) are executed effectively on time.
* Own the Country & Region level projects (site matching, IB Cleanup, etc..), and act as project manager and ensure that the project requirements are fulfilled.
* Responsible for service P&L (follow up and drive actions to optimize costs).
* Drive and follow up budgeting process (forecasts, adjustments and corrective actions).
* Drive quarterly financial closings with the finance team.
* Ensures data quality in the different Service management tools (Installed Base, Contracts and Warranties).
* Drive and follow up invoicing process (for Contracts and Non contracts).
* Drive productivity projects (Material, Labor, Cash and Logistic costs).
* Set up, implement and improve operating processes.
* Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly business reporting to Africa HQ and EAGM HQ.
* Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
* Interface on regular basis with the HQ Business Operations team for best practices sharing and needs for improvements.
* Monitoring sales and determine sales forecasts (sales-in, sales-out) and adjusting orders and deliveries.
* Managing product budget (Forecasting, controlling, identifying gaps and establishing corrective actions).
* Monitoring of international commerce operations.
* Monitoring production and inventories (finished products, current and in transit).
* Implementation and monitoring marketing and sales strategy and plans.
* Performing investigations, analyzes and negotiations for new products selection (models, prices, USPs, localization…).
* Organizing product training sessions for field sales force and floor salesmen
* Tracking competition movements.
* Weekly and monthly business reports (to the MENA Regional HQ and Korea HQ).
* Parent company/Distributor relationship management.
* Responsible for Financial monitoring of the CAPEX projects.
* Set up Cost Structure and Cost Account Codes Directory.
* Forecasting, controlling and revising budgets.
* Assist Project Planners for the cost estimation and monitoring.
* Monthly and annually financial reporting.
* Consolidating and Preparing transaction tax returns for monthly filings.
* Interpreting and complying with state and local statutes, regulations, and legislation.
* Updating Accounts payable database.
