Interact with the all departments at the corporate level and other departments to review cases raised to HR concerned employees.
Provides support and Guidance for the Officers Personnel Administration.
Scan policies to provide areas that cover issues discussed or presented to HR department and recommend further actions or manipulation for policies and procedures.
Align the approved policies and procedures with the local and international law in all formats or processes within HR.
Ensures adherence to Alamar Foods HR policies & procedures and implements disciplinary procedures as requested by the HR Director.
Advises HR Director on personnel needs and concerns, and makes recommendations regarding personnel planning, procedures and transactions.
Maintains adherence to labor laws and monitors developments/changes in local labor laws / regulations to inform Director-HR of those with implications on the human resource management of Alamar Foods.
Assist in Developing adequate policies and processes for the Human Resources & Administration function to maintain efficient operational excellence
Provide HR Director with periodic HR reports.
Review employee’s evaluations / recommendations along with the concerned function head, and submit recommendations to Management.
Review and advise on all performance management activities for Company's employees including performance planning and monitoring, end of year performance assessment and performance development
Maintain and update all employees’ records and files (including personnel forms and files, Leaves, Absences forms and files, compensation data. references) and keep all HR & Administration records and employee files regularly updated and completed, filed and archived properly
Conduct performance evaluation processes for the Human Resources & Administration Function to cover employee’s objective settings, progress performance meetings and performance appraisal.
Provide and monitor all activities related to flights and hotels booking and hotel pick-up and other logistics required for business trips
Handling the Medical Insurance for all the employees of the company, which includes monitoring issuance and distribution of medical cards to all employees.
Addition/Deletion/ Claims and Reconciliation every month.
Using the ERP system & e-applications to offer all HR solutions & employee services
Handle Iqama affairs like issuing of new/renewing/cancelling of Iqamas, Exit Re-entry and Final Exit Processing etc.

Drafting HR & Admin decisions, letters and presentations in English (for all internal/external needs)
