contact with beneficiaries to make needs assessment, collecting data, organize recreational activities for children (planning, preparing and implementing), follow up with the parents, awareness sessions for the parents (positive parenting and education), follow up for the cash assistance transfer, collect and sign receipts for the payments. Contact the beneficiaries (parents and children) to fill the pre/post wellbeing assessments.
Social worker (child protection )- prepare the monthly activity plan and the activity information sheet for the PSS activities, supervise the animators and the activities they are doing to the children in the PSS sessions, observe the children behaviors and attitude to choose the vulnerable children to be involved in the structured PSS sessions and supervise the activities for this specific group, follow up with parents and make awareness sessions, coordinate for the final events and train the children on performances with the animators. During the Covid-19 crisis I used to work remotely through the Zoom app and give psychological support sessions to children benefiting from the project, making short videos and voice notes with important advice for children.
