1- Provides leadership, management and direction to the operation groups in the laboratory.Ensure appropriate needs and use of human resources, equipment, test methods, and systems to ensure expected production within the adequate quality of services to meet BV-SATS objectives and client's expectations in timely, cost-effective, and profitable manner.
2- Provides facilities leadership for all groups on the site including non-operations groups.
3-Interacts with other manager along business line, technical, and account management to ensure consistent methodologies are developed and best practices are adopted.
4-Responsible for ensuring lab operations groups work effectively with business line and development group and other lab operations groups achieving appropriate levels of client satisfaction.
5- Responsible of staff assessment, development and career planning.
6- Ensures continued accreditation pf the laboratory.
