Major Job responsibility are to manage HSE related issues in the western region
• Maintain QHSE Management system and ensure continual improvement and implementation.
• Identifying Risks and Opportunities in regards to system processes.
• Key member in drafting various company EHS Procedures.
• Leading Internal HSE audits in Kingdom, Egypt and Lebanon.
• Preparing compliance and non-compliance reports and ensuring corrective actions are addressed and implemented with follow up audits.
• Preparing Summary of Audit
• Assist the business in implementation of ISO 9001 | 14001|45001|10002|10003|10004 standards to maintain ISO certificate.
• Manage a team of Safety Officers and champions in the region who report concerns to me.
• Managing and providing EHS mitigation solutions to 20 Operation & Maintenance sites including Megaprojects such as Airports, Haram, National Guard, warehouses, Showrooms & various other Warranty, Preventive maintenance and Rental Projects in the western region. Additionally I am supervising the Health and Safety requirements and ensuring standards are maintained in replacement projects.
• Reviewing EHS Site inspections reports of various business lines, such as ESG (Engineered Services Group), DP&C (Distributed Product Channels), Controls BMS (Building Management System), R&R (Rental & Replacement) & OMC Sites.
• Preparing Job Safety Analysis and risk Assessments for projects.
• Active member in investigation of incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
• Developing training programs to promote the safety culture in the organization.
• Lead monthly meetings with all LOB Managers with QHSE Manager discussing shortfalls, High Risks, and method of improvements.
• Preparing & presenting regional reports in monthly meeting with Directors and Regional Managers.

• Responsible for the implementation of HSEQ Policy of the company.
• Assisted department manager in drafting & reviewing several departmental SOP’s.
• Accident / Incident reporting & investigation.
• Conduct COSHH & PUWER risk assessment.
• Review risk assessment for company facilities in King Abdullah University of Science & Technology.
• Prepare monthly & weekly HSE performance reports.
• Conduct regular site HSE inspections.
• Water testing & sampling (Marina & Beach at Red Sea)
• Preparing weekly HSE reports for KAUST
• Providing HSE training & awareness training to staff at various levels in several languages.
• Conduct monthly internal auditing to check compliance with quality standards of different
departments.
• Waste management and monitoring.
