Preparing Job Description for all Employees, Organization chart & maintaining all documentation accordingly.
Responsible for Yearly Appraisals, controlling documentation & Time Management system.
Responsible for all the training & training plans for the employees.
Coordinating with the External Auditors from ISO, VAM, TENARIS, GRANT PRIDECO, etc. and making sure that all documents are updated.
Conducts interviews up to senior executive levels. Arrange interviews for Management levels.
Prepares letter of offer to the selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
Conducts orientation program for new employees. Recruiting, Trainings & Job analysis of all employees.
Preparing terminations, Transfer, Promotions, contracts for employees.
Coordinating with external consultants on employees training needs and arranges training, interview schedules for employees.
Attend to employee grievances and complaints; provide guidance if necessary.
Assist Accountant in planning and preparing annual headcount reports, payroll, monthly salaries, handling Petty cash, etc.
Responsible for overall administration related duties and yearly manpower planning and expansion.
Take charge of HR Consultancy projects by appointing employees for specific projects and coordinates with department head on respective projects.
Coordinates with senior Management for employee loans, advance and leave matters.
Coordinates with CEO, Quality Team, Production / Planning Team, BD, HSE Team, Finance department & all Workshop staff.
Externally interacting with Consultants regarding recruitment & Recruitment firms.
Perform challenging duties concerning staff, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs. Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
Advise Management on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
