Conduct audits, assessment and investigations into product and process failure in line with business needs. Comprehensive reports are produced assuring project activities are addressed to the customer’s satisfaction. Assess business areas for compliance to quality requirements, perform audits, reports preparation and follow-up actions to agreed timescales. Responsible for reviewing quality documents for adequacy and compliance to company and ISO requirements.

I administrate the certifying staff authorisations program, involving the approval review & recording of all applications. I advise the Quality Manager on any issues regarding the competency or validity of any authorisation requests, this would include but not limited to any rejections due to a lack of experience qualifications or considered capability. I receive, audit, register, track and file applications as appropriate both in hard copy and electronic form, as appropriate, I also involving the filing of local administrative review forms and any associated application support documentation.
