Regional Sales Manager
Timab is part of one of the largest MNCs in EU; Roullier Group. Timab produces and markets mineral raw material for Human, Plant & Animal Nutrition. The annual turnover of the group stand above 5 Billion Euro.
Regional Territory: MENA
Reporting to: General Manager (Middle East)
Responsibilities:
- Major Function of this position is to develop the market and facilitate the expansion of the business in the Middle East.
- Further detailed functions include setting Annual Action Plans in order to ensure the realisation of the specific benchmarks such as margin, volume and market share in each specific country and market segment
- Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and development and training of the Agent/Reseller/Representative Network in the target markets
- Liaison with other line managers within the Group and Coordination of sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Group including the complete Sales cycle functions
- Periodical preparation of market intelligence updates in each product category
- Preparation and Implementation of Regional Marketing Plans
- Supervision of the key accounts
- Creation of Regional Price Lists, sales conditions & commercial contracts
- Monitoring of Account Receivables aging on a proactive basis with sales team, and subsequent coordination with the Finance & Administration Department
- Co-ordination with Business Unit Managers on the development of existing and new products
- Supervision of product presentations and trials
- Planning and Executing Customer trials, Technical Trainings, workshops and seminars
