•Responsible for the protability of the company activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success. • Responsible for identifying opportunities for growth in both current and prospective solar markets while also establishing goals and objectives concerning these prospects. • Responsible for leading and supervising employees to ensure productivity eciency of operations while maintaining customer satisfaction. • Responsible for perform data mining, creating tactics for sales targets that are in line with the objectives of the practice area and the business model. • Manage the hiring, choosing, orienting, and training of colleagues to maintain oce workforce. • Ensures sta have the appropriate resources and support to complete their work. • Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers, and represent the company in events, conferences, gatherings etc. • Responsible for create marketing materials (case studies, references, client quotes, etc), also constructing deal criteria, deal templates, and deal forms.
Non-Technical Training (Kaizen Auditor).
Assistant of National Service Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the non-technical training management; sta development and continuous improvement, throw assessment, planning, performing training, maintaining data, and monitoring processes.
•Responsible for process development for sales and aftersales, by implementing GAC and MMC standards \[KIZEN auditing\].
•Supporting management on decision-making, internal auditing, marketing campaigns, CS surveys by providing information, and recommendations.
•Involved in recruiting new non-technical sta for after-sales departement.
• Responsible for observing, correcting, monitoring, performing the standard processes application, operational non-compliance, and execution of structured action plans.
▪ Prepare training schedules, programs and provide non-technical training.
▪ Meet organizational and Manufacturer training targets.
▪ Responsible of document management and maintain all training processes and issues.
▪ Interact with respective departments in scheduling training programs.
▪ Monitor & Execute training sessions, then Observe and evaluate results.
▪ Maintain relationships with employees by providing support, and assistance.
▪ Writing accurate & informative reports, maintaining training system data updates.
Meets 100% of established sales and unit periodic forecasts.
‐ 8 sales calls or visits per day for decision makers or influencers to qualify.
‐ Submit all quotations to customers in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
‐ All quotations issued from the business system.
‐ Manages and maintains a weekly and monthly customer call schedule and provided copies to my supervisor.
‐ 100% of calls, activity reports, missed or lost opportunities submitted daily and updated in the business system.
‐ Responds to customer/member calls and requests in a timely manner with a great sense of urgency.
‐ Understands and applies the concept of completed staff work.
‐ Completes 100% of the reports requested by management within the requested timeframe.
‐ Fulfil any outside sales responsibility assigned by management.
‐ Managing and interpreting customer requirements ‐ speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
‐ Provide reports on local market trends to Sales manager.
‐ Recommends discounts or prices, and ensures all discounts have been authorized.
‐ Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
‐ Recording and maintaining customers’ contacts data in the CRM system.
‐ Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer needs.
‐ Work and behaves as a team player.
‐ Represents the company in front of suppliers/maintain company image.
‐ Keeps a supply of relevant sales tools and presentations to help in customer presentations.
‐ Follows the equipment deliveries/erection with the service department and ensures the delivery meets or exceeds customer
expectations.
‐ Ensures the Individual Learning Plan assignments are completed within the assigned timeframe.
