Manage and Implementation of HSE system requirement, organizational mission and
ensuring construction projects are delivered safely on schedule.
Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating,
review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System
procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and
Company Directives.
Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the
importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment

improvement plans
Prepare and get Risk assessment for all Construction activities including High potential
risk and High Voltage activities.
Lead the internal Audit specifically ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
and its requirements.
Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.
Ensure Compliance of HSE management System in reducing HSE risks including
construction, threats to the environment and local community/employees.
Preparing site emergency plan and procedures to deal with foreseeable incidents.
Take initiatives steps to implementing proactive safety observation
procedures and precautions for safe execution of project.
Produce and develop the HSE Trainings Plan, ensure implementations of the plan as
well as training records are maintained.
Inspection of the plant & equipments to observe possible unsafe conditions.
