• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide management with

• After-Sales Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance
scheduling, spare parts availability, and warranty issues.

• Intervention Design: Lead the development of concept notes and intervention strategies that address root
causes of market failures in the agricultural sector.
• Partnership Facilitation: Identify and negotiate partnerships with private sector actors (input suppliers,
traders, factories) to co-design activities that improve farmers access to markets.
• Due Diligence & Compliance: Oversee the vetting process for potential partners, ensuring strict adherence
to Mercy Corps procurement policies and PERMA II engagement toolkits.
• Team Supervision: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior program staff, ensuring high
quality implementation of field activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate co-creation workshops with market actors, government officials, and
financial institutions to foster collaboration.

• Implementation Oversight: Supervise the day-to-day execution of agricultural interventions, including
farmer training sessions and asset distribution.
• Needs Assessment: Plan and conduct field surveys to identify beneficiaries needs and market
opportunities.
• Logistics Coordination: Manage administrative and logistical tasks related to field operations, including
PR raising and payment processing.
• Community Liaison: Serve as the primary link between the program and target communities, ensuring
transparent communication.

• Field Demonstrations: Organize field trials to demonstrate the efficacy of specific seeds, fertilizers, and
pesticides to farmers, directly proving product value.
• Technical Advisory: Diagnose crop diseases and pest issues for clients, recommending appropriate

• Territory Management: Expand the companys market share by building long-term relationships with key

reports comply with IMSMA formats.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident
