Design succession plans for key talents and key positions and implement retention policies
Deliver & support HR processes to the Customer development team

Research and source external training and source professional venues for training and recruitment
Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs

Support the timely processing and production of all HR and payroll information including but not limited to Contracts of Employment and standard letters
Implement HR systems, practices, policies and procedures
Recruitment, on-boarding and deployment for local staff and expatriates
Conflict & resolution management
Payroll and salary administration
Production of Staff handbook and policies
Organizational culture management & restructuring
Government relations
Assist in efforts to articulate & revise, enforce & monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of HR management polices
Provide advisory services to line management and supervisors
Implement HR operational action plans aligned to the overall Group HR Strategy
Manage staff retention and exit formalities
Articulate & revise, enforce & monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of HR management polices
Review complex staff issues and problems and prepare equitable, promptly and timely recommendations for their resolutions and appropriate action
Employee relations practices and procedures
Provide advisory services to line managers and supervisors
Drive performance management and recognition system
Ensure compliance to Human Resources policies and procedures
Authorization and co-ordination of leave, travel, medical facilities for staff
Staff recruitment
Sorting, shortlisting, interview invites and conducting interviews for candidates
Liaise with advert agencies and newspaper houses for advert placement
Compensation & Benefits administration
Payroll preparation and act as a point of contact for employee payroll enquiries
Provide administrative and operational support for work process
Procurement and purchasing activities of the company
Principal personnel for travel management
Weekly report produced to the CEO showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues etc.
