Under the overall management of Country Representative, I am responsible for HR strategy, management, administration and operations for the Country Programme. Major responsibilities include:
 With the understanding of overall goals and objectives of organization, providing necessary support and guidance on different Human Resource strategies including talent acquisition and talent management, retention, learning and development, performance management, rewards and promotions, separation and other administrative actions.

• Setup and coordinate workshop, meeting and conferences
• Worked in close coordination with Logistics department for contract preparation, renting vehicles and establishing sub Offices along with other necessary arrangements in the field
