Under the overall management of Country Representative, I am responsible for HR strategy, management, administration and operations for the Country Programme. Major responsibilities include:
With the understanding of overall goals and objectives of organization, providing necessary support and guidance on different Human Resource strategies including talent acquisition and talent management, retention, learning and development, performance management, rewards and promotions, separation and other administrative actions.
As part of talent acquisition and management - devised strong recruitment process with job advertisement visibility, short listing and selection methods.
Assisting and advising Country Representative in interpreting DRC’s Human Resource policies, rules and regulation and make sure local administrative procedures are in place and are followed.
In the light of DRC’s Global Operational Handbook, developed HR Manual for DRC Pakistan Programme and ensure its compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
In order to develop high performance work system - developed ‘Performance Management System’ outlining objectives, goals and clear means for measuring performance.
Introduce different programs and strategies to develop staff and create an environment of ‘Learning and Development’
Making sure compensation is competitive enough to attract qualified candidates, also align with organizational mission and overall program strategy.
Develop staff retention policy with career management system and job mobility.
Maintain and supervise the personnel filing system and ensure that attendance records of all international and national staff are maintained.
In coordination with Finance, supervise the preparation of the monthly payroll for national staff.
Maintain and update DRC’s Human Resources database
ProvideHR and Administrative support and assistance on different emergency and development projects in Punjab and Sindh.
Major responsibilties includes:
Scale of new project, management of the entire recruitment process, induction and orientation, proper implementation of policies and procedures, planning and allocation of human resource to different projects, staff performance evaluation, management of payroll and staff benefits, handling employee grievances, providing guidance to managers on different HR matters, analyze training needs for staff development, maintaining HR records and preparation of different HR reports to senior management.
Achievements
• Successfully launched and implemented operations in Punjab
• Provided timely support to program in terms of Human Resources to complete projects on time and in a successful manner.
• Conducted more than 1000 interviews for different positions and recruit around 500 staff in implementing emergency projects in Punjab
• Provided active support to logistics and program departments during the startup of operations in terms of offices setup and starting project activities
• Carried out comprehensive orientation and training sessions to develop newly recruited staff capacity.
• Conducted several investigation related to corruption, complaints, harassment etc. and resolved conflicts among teams and individuals successfully.

•Managing recruitment and selection of the company in line with company policies to hire best candidates by using different tools and techniques like tests and interviews along with other means, •Recruitment of technical and non-technical staff, •Design, development and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures, •Employee counseling on different matters

Responsibilities:
Provide HR and Administrative assistance on different emergency projects in Mansehra and Muzaffarabad regions, while working with a diversified team of professional, Main Responsibilities include:
•Managed a team of HR and Administration staff in two regional offices i.e. Mansehra and Muzaffarabad
•Managed to interview and recruit more than 500 staff for different emergency projects at all level including technical, support, contractual and volunteer
•Developed and implement all projects related HR and Administrative policies as per ACTED Global manual
•Analyze and interpret ACTED HR Policies and procedures are in compliance with Labor Law of Govt. of Pakistan
•Implement performance management system, conducted salary survey and formulated salary range
•Develop and ensure accurate Job Description are in place

Administration and Staff management
Managed and delivered high standard administrative and operational support to program staff during emergency projects for Mansehra and Muzaffarabad regions. Following are the major functions performed:
• Managed around 250 staff and handle all disciplinary and management issues
• Setup and coordinate workshop, meeting and conferences
• Worked in close coordination with Logistics department for contract preparation, renting vehicles and establishing sub Offices along with other necessary arrangements in the field
• Orientation and training of new staff
• Developing and maintaining employees database, asset management, deals with mission claims and ensured responsible usage of office equipments etc.
Training Responsibilities:
Carried out training need analysis by using different types of tools and techniques. Based on TNA, design and organize different trainings to enhance the employee’s skills, boost morale and build their capacity for future requirements.
Following initiative had taken:
• Started formal Internal Trainings program with the help of internally skilled staff by giving the idea of knowledge sharing
• Starts On-the-Job Training (OJT)
• Conducted training need assessment
• For proper record keeping develop a training module integrated with HRIS
• Preparation of monthly and annual training plan
• Arranged different In-door and Out-door trainings for all level of employees
• Preparation of departmental progress reports for the top management
HR & Administration Responsibilities:
• Managed activities related to recruitment and selection, advertisement of vacancies, matters related to Internship and orientation of newly inductees
• Supervise matters related to EOBI and Health Insurance etc
• Providing feedback and assistance on Policy development and documentation
• Managed and ensure employees safety and security
• Supervised and monitor clerical staff, data entry operations, leave record and attendance matters etc
• Updating of Personnel files and ensure all necessary documents are placed in files

Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP)
Completed Master in Public Administration major in Management and HR. Got 70 % Marks and first division.
Completed B.Sc. in Statistic, Maths and Computer Sciences. Got first division and 73 % Marks.
I have done my F.Sc in first division and got 70 % marks.
