• Technical feasibility study with Manufacturers...New Projects Briefing to makers, sharing of LINE DRAWING, post follow up to ascertain feasibility studies of moulding, machiniblity, challenges, limitation etc through associated makers & finalization of Technical Drawings
• Cost Feasibility Studies- Preparation of new product cost sheet, review with Finance & Marketing
• Oversee Commercial development of Mould
• Ordering (Mould PO)
• Sampling for parameters verification
• Sample approval/ validation
• PO Issuance for mass production
