As an Asset Manager and Accounting Team Lead, I am responsible for overseeing a team of accounting professionals and managing the financial performance of our organization's real estate portfolio. My role involves a range of responsibilities, including financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.

One of my key strengths is team leadership, and I take pride in motivating and coordinating my team to achieve optimal results. Through effective communication, team building, and management, I ensure that all members of the team are aligned with our goals and objectives.

In addition to my team management responsibilities, I also focus on portfolio management, property management, real estate transactions, real estate financing, and project finance. My expertise in mutual fund investing and investment portfolio strategies has helped me develop and implement effective financial strategies that drive growth and success for our organization.

As an Operations Associate, I was responsible for opening and managing customer accounts, implementing accurate invoicing policies and processes, and addressing ongoing customer complaints.
