As an Asset Manager and Accounting Team Lead, I am responsible for overseeing a team of accounting professionals and managing the financial performance of our organization's real estate portfolio. My role involves a range of responsibilities, including financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.

In addition to my team management responsibilities, I also focus on portfolio management, property management, real estate transactions, real estate financing, and project finance. My expertise in mutual fund investing and investment portfolio strategies has helped me develop and implement effective financial strategies that drive growth and success for our organization.
As an Operations Associate, I was responsible for opening and managing customer accounts, implementing accurate invoicing policies and processes, and addressing ongoing customer complaints. I worked closely with other departments to collect customer feedback and ensure maximum customer satisfaction through regular engagement and center standards.
In addition to customer account management, I focused on financial management, including making daily collection reports, maintaining accurate aging reports, sending statements to outstanding customers, and reporting monthly expenses to the finance department. I also handled supplier invoices and created vendor accounts to ensure prompt supplier payments.
I played a key role in supporting new company initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and systems to improve efficiency. I was also responsible for serving as the primary backup for the Area Manager, conducting customer needs analysis meetings, and taking customers on tours.
