3. Coordinator and leadership role on two main important projects:
VistA system Upgrade project for Ministry of Health at 2016.
VistA system Upgrade project for Ministry of Health at 2018.
Roles:
1. Preparing all required emails and communications regarding production installation in coordinating perspective.
2. Send training and release notes to marketing and services teams to be shared with clients and end-users based on agreed policies.
3. Designate required sites for production releases
4. Review and Check any conflicts that may occur with previous and current installations
5. Document lessons learned properly
6. Informing SW project managers of new installations to implement any next actions including closing projects
7. Sending final report for designated stakeholders
8. Announcing changes to the designated EHS Staff and related personnel with Installation.
Responsibilities including development efforts and release management activities and tasks working on several and critical projects including:
1. HL7 messages automation tool (A customized application developed to automate implementing and processing VistA Health Care HL7 protocol to help share medical records information between several different heath care systems)
2. Single/Multi Core Project for Ministry of Health (This project aims to provide a secure filtration for users assigned to single or multiple divisions based on their provided privileges through a variety of packages including ancillaries such as Pharmacy, Laboratory and Radiology packages). I was assigned as a Quality Control resource to this project.
Roles:
1. Study, define and design the changes or modifications that are needed to improve the used applications and systems.
2. Develop the used applications and systems, modify and test them to validate and verify the expected results.
3. Use all the tools provided by the company to document, record and preserve the gained knowledge, whether it's technical, business and/or practical.
4. Work on improving work and practical experience in a way that serves the company and Hakeem project initiative to implement Electronic Medical Record using a Health Information Management System across Jordan.
5. Gain the knowledge to improve and develop the used applications and systems.
