Managing and leading the development of 3 years program in partnership with Wageningen University & Research (WUR), Advance Consulting and Agriterra. The programme aims to improve the income opportunities and longer-term resilience of smallholder farmers in Jordan with a series of complementary interventions to strengthen the broader horticulture sector. The program is implemented by consortium othe programme will conduct activities on three levels:
• Direct support to smallholder farmers to improve their production of high quality crops and business practices to effectively profit from them, and to strengthen their role within the horticulture value chain.
• Support to the broader value chain to improve efficiencies and overall performance and ensure there is a strong market to receive crops from the farmers.
• Support to the various sector organisations including Government of Jordan (GoJ) entities and other horticulture sector players to become effective facilitators and supporters of a thriving and sustainable horticulture sector, while simultaneously promoting private sector-led sector development.
- Support Proximity in developing a review, assessment and monitoring reports for implemented humanitarian projects and development programs in Syria.
- Develop key assessment findings and synthesis reports based on data collected from surveys, observation reports, field researchers, Interviews, Focus Group Discussion, Documents, Observation Reports and other similar type of documents.
-Developed promotional booklet content and communication material for birdwatching. The material is developed to be used by tour operators and Jordan Tourism Board to increase awareness of Jordan as birdwatching destination with focus on featuring all the different unique and diverse birdwatching experiences in Jordan.
Conducted a specialized birdwatching tourism training targeted to tour operators in Jordan
-Assess the existing adventure-based experiences and activities offered by RSCN.
-Provide suggestions for improving and packaging these experiences in a way that will maximize local community involvement and benefit
-Provide suggestions for developing and packaging new adventure-based experiences and activities in the four mentioned nature reserves
Responsible for implementing initiatives that lead to enhancing the visitor experience through the availability, diversity and improved quality of authentic tourism products and experiences rooted in Jordan’s culture. Implement initiatives designed to support Jordan’s tourism promotion capacity attract visitors from foreign markets, catalyze domestic tourism and market tourism products and assets. Work with private sector tour operators and other tourism companies and professionals to increase tourism growth and profitability. Implement initiatives that promote private sector investment in tourism and increased public-private collaboration in tourism management of publicly-owned tourism assets and attractions.
Collaborates with destination advisors, supervises the resident tourism development specialist and consulting resources to ensure achievement. Provides direction to consultants and subcontractors performs technical and managerial duties for the solicitation, evaluation, selection award, and disbursement of grants that may be, and ensures compliance with grants manual criteria and processes.

Created a group of youth volunteer water trustees in each community by gaining support from the local school, community groups and municipalities and educated/empowered them about their water realities and water.
Invested in a public building, such as a school in each community, and transformed it into a water-wise model building .
Coordinated public awareness strategy and produced campaign materials
Organized several workshops on water-wise issues at the community and regional level, focusing on the potential role of relevant stakeholders

Reviewed the Environmental Impact of the Fish-Cages in the Gulf of Aqaba
Participated in Reviewing the EIA study for the Tala Bay Project in the Gulf of Aqaba Supported the introduction of Clean-Up the World activities to the region, attracting thousands of participants, including the largest event ever to occur in Aqaba
