I.T Quality Assurance

  Coordinates and follows-up on operational incidents, audit reports and change requests, to ensure successful closure by the agreed timeframes.
§  Updates, publishes and maintains the documentation of related policies, procedures, documents and manuals… etc. while meeting quality standards and timeframes.
§  Administers source synchronization, version management of sources using related tools and applications and according to IT development procedures.
§  Documents new procedures including but not limited to modifications on existing procedures and service improvements.
§  Monitors adherence to all IT procedures and reports incident and violations to reduce operational risk.
§  Informs and effectively communicates management deviations to any policy to the appropriate parties.
§  Supports with the management of related ISO programs activities and ensures that records for ITSM-ISO 20000 compliance are implemented and being operated through the respective team members.
§  Supports the administration of systems source codes (check-in/check-out) and the deployment to production.
§  Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
§  Maintains updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standards in the field and related matters of interest to the department.
§  Participates in the various cross-functional committees/teams for multiple purposes to achieve optimal cooperation and to assume seamless quality service.
§  Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as instructed by the direct manager.
 

Operating Systems department, main duties include:
-preparing virtual servers (Win, Linux) through Vmware vSphere and Azure.
- taking backups using Veeam.
- monitoring the condition of servers in the data center.
-working with companies to install new racks.
-troubleshooting servers
-shutdown and startup of servers during power maintenance.
-report overused filesystems.
-Doing company evaluations.
-Taking Support Cases ( Reset Password, Modifying Emails and User information)
