Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality leadership to the HR operations in Jubail Sabic project with a proactive and positive way, ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the business that enables it to contribute to improving individual and organizational performance and in such a way that enhances the HR operations reputation and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
Build strong and valuable relationships with Sabic senior managers, external stakeholders and other members which contribute to the overall success of the business objectives.
Ensure that (Hala-Sabic) employee’s Jubail teams are delivers their planned outcomes and their agreed targets are met in line with Sabic warehousing customer services standards.
Ensure that process for such tasks as recruitment, employee relations, changing Sabic management manpower distribution plan are in place and are dealt with correctly and effectively and efficiently to deal with issues.
Ensure that current and future HR Jubail Sabic project needs are identified and met by reviewing, improving and monitoring existing and met HR policies.
Ensure client requirements are met and in keeping with SLA’s contractual obligations.
Maintain, improve client partnerships and work with Sabic senior management to achieve enterprise goals.
Continuous improvement for Jubail Sabic manpower structure and maintain our employee’s behavior with the client.
Managing and execution day to day HR operations and admin support for our Sabic project employees and maintain their needs in daily basis.
Managing and execution day to day Security gate pass IDs and related matters that includes (new and renews or SWAPS replacing cards)
Managing and execution Jubail (Linde gas and SWCC and Sipchem) security gat pass and vehicle sticker’s accordance with client’s requirement and maintain costumer service relation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Saudi ARAMCO out of kingdom material transportation division, development, project management and planning of new growth points.
Managed 3rd party outsourced partners, negotiation of new SLA’s and annual increases.
Customer relationship management principals of Saudi ARAMCO logistics department.
Ensure that operational platforms achieve all KPI’s in monthly basis to ensure compliance and mitigate deviation.
Continuous improvement implementation to increase performance, avoid cross-over, optimize logistics unit productivity.
Oversee transportation department, including its assets and employees.
Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Ensure customer goods move from production through the supply chain to the end user, transportation, reverse logistics, surface transportation and supply chain solutions.
Establish quality transportation services.
Develop partnerships with outside carriers in shipping, plan and implement budgets, supervise scheduling of shipments.
Manage performance of branch employees with emphasis on productivity, efficiency, and service delivery.
Lead all OOK distribution and transportation planning and strategic activities.
Recruit, interview, select, train, motivate, coach, and mentor shipping clerks and transport drivers.
Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities, plan truck maintenance, purchase new truck.
Manages Aramco import according to standard operating procedures SOPs.
Arranges delivery of imports into the eastern, western and central warehouses of Saudi Aramco.
Coordinates with Exel MDC’s, MSC’s and Aramco warehouses.
Coordinates with MLD & GLD for material related issues.
Supports customers for collection and delivery out of kingdom materials.
Handles customer queries (Import & Export) of Aramco materials.
Manages in-Kingdom logistics and transportation requests.
Collects documents from all MDC’s and MSC’s for invoicing to Aramco.
Coordinates with Finance regarding invoices.
Advance notifications. (Daily, weekly and monthly forecast)
Material Inspection - G. Cargo & Containers.
Delivery of full load / oversize cargo direct to DPC’s.
Verification of docs for special shipments (As per new process).
